Q: Can I change the wording?
I have twin girls and would like to change the wording so the invitation would include both of their names, can I do this?
A:
Absolutely! All my photo cards are completely custom. You can change the wording to whatever you would like. There is a place on the order form to make your wording request.

Can I have more than 1 photo on a note card?

Yes, you can have several photos on a note card. We can work together to see what looks best.
Q: How do I get my pictures to you?
How do I get my pictures to you?
A:
After you place your order, you email them to me at kim@bellaphotodesign.com. Email them to me in a jpg., bmp, or gif file. Email them in their original format. I will crop, adjust color, etc. If you are not able to email them, you can also mail them to me and I can scan them into a digital file. I will then send your pictures back to you with your completed photo cards.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
How long will it take to receive my order?

Once I receive your payment and photos, you will be emailed a draft of your card within 24 hours, or less. We will work through any revisions and once I receive a final approval, your order will be printed and mailed to you within 24-48 hours. Most customers receive their cards withing 5-7 days of placing their order or sooner.

Paypal is our preferred method of payment. Via paypal you can pay by check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. We can also accept money orders upon request.
Q: How will my order be shipped?
How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive notification via email with the package information once it has been shipped.
Q: Can I order more later?
What if I want to order more later?
A:
We keep all designs indefinitely in the event that you need to order more. Shipping costs depends on the size of the reorder. Contact us for more information.
